An attractive living area styled with character leads onto a lovely terrace with a comfortable spacious lounge seating and a large family dining table. Adjacent is small thatched cabanna with a jaccuzi and hydromassage to relax and benefit the views.
The living area comes with comfy love seats and a sofa to nestle away while watching a good film on the home cinema system. On this floor there is underfloor heating for heating and also a fireplace. On the first floor there are radiators for heating.
There kitchen is full equipped and has everything you need for preparing your meals.
On the first floor we find 4 out of the 5 bedrooms of which 4 come with en suite bathrooms, all are air conditioned, have build in wardrobes and have an adjoining terrace with seating to enjoy the astonishing views. The 5th bedroom is on the ground floor right beside the living area.
Below in the garden is a private infinity pool from where the views are just incredible and where the entrance to Cala Granadella is to be seen. Here is a sundeck to chill and sunbathe, as well as other terraces to choose from to do so.
To keep fit there is a gym with several machines and a dry sauna and with separate with dry and wet shower.
As this villa is located on the end of a dead end road you´ll be able to enjoy no sound of passing traffic but instead embrace the sound of the Ocean Breeze.
To complete the feeling of comfort and luxury we offer this villa with a weekly 4 hours daily maid service to keep the villa in it´s best condition during your stay!
The villa is secluded and offers 100% privacy. It is located at the end of a dead end road assuring no traffic to the villa other than yourself or the neighbor. There is an elecxtric gate to enter the plot.
International schools such as XIC and Lady Elizabeth are nearby and easy to reach.
The monthly rental price includes WIFI, linen and towels, a daily housekeeper (4 hours per day) and pool and garden maintanance. A minimum stay of 3 months is applied starting from 01/09/2024. The rental prices is excluiding the water and electricity use.
Refundable breakage deposit is 1 month for winter rentals and 2 months for long term (from 1 year).
