Immo-Spain.com is an initiative of Costa Select, founded by Marc Stam in  2005. Costa Select is a business member of Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP).

Our goal is to look after our clients best interests to make a safe and solid investment in one of the Spanish hot spots. Most of our clients come from Nothern European countries. 

 

Our staff speaks English, Spanish, Dutch, German and French fluently.

We have a network of trusted agents, developers and builders and also work closely together with lawyers, gestors and architects to protect our clients best interests.

We have over 10 years of experience in resales, construction and reforming Spanish properties.
